• No Uptime Guarantee – Even Google, the world’s biggest search engine company with all their redundancies in place, can’t avoid downtimes. We use host-tracker to track our uptimes accurately, this is a 3rd party monitoring tool and we cannot manipulate the results. Our web server uptime currently is (yearly basis)
• DNS & Email Server Redundancies – We understand the importance of emails in today’s business environments. In the event our web server goes down, rest assured your emails will still be functioning as per normal. There will be no email lost and you can still send outgoing emails. The reason why we can do this is because all our clients use Google Apps, and the redundancy in emails is twofold in our configuration.
• Domain Privacy Protection – All our top level .com/.net domains have whois privacy protection to prevent spammers and scammers from harvesting your email addresses or contact numbers. This is a complimentary service at no extra charge.
